Orders will be shipped and insured via UPS Ground unless
other shipping arrangements are requested. In stock pottery will be shipped
within the week of ordering. Please allow 4-5 weeks for delivery of work that
is not in stock.
Although great care is taken in packing each order, accidents
can happen in shipment. In the event your order arrives damaged, please do not
discard the pottery or original packaging. Contact C. Powell Pottery immediately.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase upon
arrival, you may return the order within 5 business days after delivery for
a full refund. Please contact C. Powell Pottery prior to returning the work
and make sure the original packaging is used in return shipping.
