Shipping & Returns

Orders will be shipped and insured via FedEx Ground unless other shipping arrangements are requested. In stock pottery will be shipped within two days of ordering. Please allow 4-5 weeks for delivery of work that is not in stock.
Although great care is taken in packing each order, accidents can happen in shipment. In the event your order arrives damaged do not discard the pottery or the original packaging. I’ll need a photo of the piece and box to file a claim. Contact me immediately.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase upon arrival, you may return the order within 5 business days after delivery for a full refund minus shipping costs. Please contact Chris Powell Pottery LTD prior to returning the work and make sure the original packaging is used in return shipping. The customer will pay for return shipping. If the piece is broken during return shipping then the responsibility of filing a claim with the shipping company falls on the customer and a refund from Chris Powell Pottery LTD will not be forthcoming.
